The Victoria Women’s Expo is not your average tradeshow.

Held at Saanich’s Pearkes Recreation Centre, the show will be a celebration of women and is designed to celebrate and empower women who come from all walks of life and will have something for women of all ages, and spheres of interest.

The show is organized by PV Events and is part of a broader movement to target, inform and engage women right across North America. These shows are where connections are made and relationships are built, serving as the hub of inspiration and innovation for a cornucopia of businesses created to meet the needs of women in society.

This is particularly true in our world, where digital communication has the potential to dehumanize the process of choosing the products and services that are right for the individual. The Women’s Expo is designed to provide a tangible experience for customers and businesses alike, providing them both with the human interaction that is critical for any product or service’s success.

The Victoria Women’s Expo is a two-day event that will run March 7 and 8, with an impressive lineup of more than 100 exhibitors and a host of seminars and speakers. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore a variety of products and services tailored specifically for women. The expo aims to provide resources and inspiration in areas that range from health and wellness to fashion and beauty.

For example, one of the presenters at this year’s expo is Aeryon Ashlie. She’s a nutritionist, wellness expert, keynote speaker, and No. 1 bestselling author and the founder of Aeryon Wellness Supplements, a 100% women-owned Canadian brand redefining women’s health through science-backed, transparent innovation. With nearly two decades of experience, she has built a trusted platform spanning product innovation, national media, and a highly engaged digital community where she inspires women to lift heavier, age powerfully, and take ownership of their health.

She’ll be the keynote speaker at the expo, and her topic, Strong over Skinny, will explore the powerful connection between hormones, strength, and achieving your health goals – especially in a culture that still glorifies thinness over true wellness. Her seminar will shift the focus from appearance to emphasizing why building muscle is essential for hormonal balance, metabolic health, and longevity.

Her seminar will also transcend the physical benefits of resistance training and will address the mental and emotional impact of strength training.

It’s been said that trade shows are where the magic happens – where those in attendance can become loyal customers and where businesses can connect and learn from the very customer base that they aim to serve.

The Victoria Women’s Expo will also work to foster a sense of community among women in Canada. The event’s audience reach extends throughout the country, making it a significant occasion for networking and connection. Attendees can expect to find innovative ideas, gain valuable insights from industry leaders, and enjoy an array of experiences designed to uplift and inspire.
